My Story
When I was about 20 years old, I suffered a serious lower back injury while playing basketball. I was hit from behind mid-air and landed awkwardly. For about a week, I was confined to bed, unsure if I would ever return to the sport. The pain was intense, and I relied heavily on painkillers, which brought their own side effects and affected my daily life.
I consulted several physiotherapists and acupuncturists, but none could answer the one question I cared most about — will I be able to get back on the court? Eventually, a close friend studying chiropractic suggested I see a chiropractor. I went in with doubts, but after understanding the approach and receiving care without medication, I began to improve within a week. A few weeks later, I was back on the court.
Today, after nearly 10 years in practice — including more than 8 years in Singapore — I have worked with hundreds of patients whose pain did not come from a single incident, but developed gradually through work demands, posture strain, and accumulated stress. My goal is not just pain relief, but helping patients understand their condition and move forward with confidence.

My Story
Growing up, I watched my parents work tirelessly to provide for my sisters and me. Over time, I saw how physical and emotional fatigue began to affect their health. That experience taught me two things — how deeply they cared for us, and how essential health is in sustaining the life you work so hard to build.
Since graduating, I’ve been in practice since 2018, working with many office professionals who struggle to describe their pain clearly. Often, their discomfort shifts, fluctuates with stress, or worsens with prolonged sitting rather than presenting as sharp pain.
My approach focuses on helping patients understand what their symptoms mean before deciding on care. I believe clarity builds trust, and that patients should feel informed and confident rather than rushed into treatment.

My Story
I grew up between cultures, with my family emigrating from mainland China to Puerto Rico. That upbringing shaped my outlook on resilience and adaptability. After completing my undergraduate studies, I initially planned to pursue pharmacy, but my direction changed following a car accident.
I suffered whiplash that caused persistent neck and wrist pain with numbness and tingling down my arm. Despite following medical advice, rehabilitation, and medication, the symptoms did not resolve. One day, I mentioned my condition to a regular customer at work — a chiropractor — who offered to examine me. That first adjustment was a turning point.
Today, I work with patients whose symptoms persist despite rest or self-management, particularly those whose work involves prolonged desk use and repetitive strain. My focus is on understanding why symptoms continue and restoring function so patients can work and live without constant limitation.

My Story
My interest in chiropractic began with my grandfather. As he aged, nerve compression in his lower back weakened both his legs and reduced his independence. Wanting to help, I searched for non-invasive ways to support mobility and quality of life, which led me to chiropractic care.
What drew me in was the emphasis on natural, conservative approaches and the ability to support function without immediately resorting to invasive intervention. That philosophy continues to guide how I practise today.
I often work with patients who are cautious about treatment and want to understand what is necessary before committing. My goal is to provide clear explanations and appropriate care decisions, especially when pain affects movement, comfort, or confidence at work.

My Story
I’ve always enjoyed physical activity, and I never expected to work in healthcare until a back injury left me with sciatica that interfered with my daily life. Chiropractic care helped me recover and regain confidence in movement, and that experience shaped how I view long-term health.
I’ve been in practice for close to a decade and frequently see patients whose pain starts as stiffness or discomfort from prolonged sitting, then gradually progresses into more persistent spinal or nerve-related issues.
My approach focuses on recognising these patterns early, explaining them clearly, and adjusting care when progress is not occurring — rather than repeating treatment without results.

My Story
I’m Crystal, a chiropractor from Singapore and a graduate of RMIT University. My journey into chiropractic care began from my own experience growing up with scoliosis, which gave me firsthand insight into how spinal health can affect not only pain and posture, but also confidence, movement, and overall quality of life. Through chiropractic care, I experienced the difference that the right support and treatment can make, and that inspired me to pursue this path so I could help others do the same.
I am passionate about helping families and individuals of all ages achieve better health and movement through personalised chiropractic care. I also have a strong interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation, and I enjoy working with active individuals to support recovery, improve performance, and keep them doing what they love.
I believe in creating a warm, welcoming, and patient-centred environment where every person feels heard, understood, and supported in their healthcare journey. Being fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese also allows me to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds and provide care that feels comfortable and personal.
