Our Treatments

Five specialised therapies, each selected based on your specific condition and clinical assessment.

Treatment

Chiropractic Care

Precise spinal adjustments to restore alignment and relieve nerve pressure

Chiropractic care involves the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, particularly those affecting the spine and nervous system. Our chiropractors use precise, controlled adjustments to correct spinal misalignments — known as subluxations — that can interfere with nerve function and contribute to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility.

Unlike pain medication, which masks symptoms, chiropractic care addresses the underlying mechanical cause. Each session begins with a thorough assessment to identify contributing factors before any treatment is applied.

Key Benefits

  • Reduces nerve irritation and inflammation

  • Restores joint mobility and range of motion

  • Improves posture and spinal alignment

  • Addresses the root cause rather than masking symptoms

  • Non-invasive and drug-free approach

Suitable For
Office professionals, desk workers, individuals with postural strain, those recovering from sports or work injuries.

Treatment

Spinal Decompression Therapy

Computerised traction to relieve disc pressure and nerve compression

Spinal decompression therapy uses a computerised traction table to gently stretch the spine, creating negative pressure within the intervertebral discs. This negative pressure helps retract herniated or bulging disc material and promotes the flow of nutrients and oxygen into the disc — supporting natural healing.

The treatment is non-surgical and is conducted with the patient lying comfortably on the table. Parameters are adjusted based on the patient’s condition, weight, and response to treatment. It is commonly used for disc-related conditions that have not responded to conventional care.

Key Benefits

  • Reduces intradiscal pressure on herniated or bulging discs

  • Relieves nerve compression causing radiating pain

  • Promotes disc hydration and nutrient absorption

  • Non-surgical alternative for disc conditions

  • Comfortable and well-tolerated by most patients

Suitable For
Patients with herniated discs, bulging discs, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, or failed back surgery syndrome.

Treatment

Radial Shockwave Therapy

High-energy acoustic waves to accelerate tissue repair and reduce chronic pain

Radial shockwave therapy (RSWT) delivers high-energy acoustic pressure waves to targeted soft tissue areas. These waves stimulate cellular repair, break down calcified tissue, and increase blood flow to promote healing in chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

The treatment is particularly effective for conditions that have become chronic and resistant to other forms of therapy. It is delivered via a handheld applicator pressed against the skin, with the intensity adjusted based on the patient’s tolerance and the area being treated.

Key Benefits

  • Stimulates tissue regeneration and collagen production

  • Breaks down calcifications in tendons

  • Increases local blood circulation

  • Effective for chronic conditions resistant to other treatments

  • Short treatment sessions with cumulative results

Suitable For
Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, rotator cuff tendinopathy, tennis elbow, calcific shoulder, and other chronic tendon conditions.

Treatment

Dry Needling

Targeted needle therapy to release muscle trigger points and restore function

Dry needling involves inserting fine, sterile needles into myofascial trigger points — tight, hyperirritable bands within muscle tissue. This mechanical stimulation disrupts the trigger point, reduces local muscle tension, and restores normal neuromuscular function.

Unlike acupuncture, which is based on traditional Chinese medicine meridian theory, dry needling is grounded in Western anatomy and physiology. It is used as an adjunct to chiropractic care to address muscle dysfunction that contributes to pain and restricted movement.

Key Benefits

  • Releases tight muscle knots and trigger points

  • Reduces referred pain patterns

  • Restores normal muscle length and function

  • Complements spinal adjustments for better outcomes

  • Minimal downtime — most patients resume normal activity the same day

Suitable For
Patients with muscle tightness, trigger point pain, tension headaches, neck and shoulder stiffness, or sports-related muscle injuries.

Treatment

Super Inductive System (SIS)

High-intensity electromagnetic therapy for deep tissue stimulation and pain relief

The Super Inductive System (SIS) uses high-intensity electromagnetic fields to stimulate deep muscle contractions and modulate pain signals. The electromagnetic applicator is placed over the treatment area and delivers targeted energy without direct skin contact, making it comfortable and non-invasive.

SIS is used to support muscle rehabilitation, reduce pain, and improve joint mobility. It is particularly useful in cases where direct manual therapy is not tolerated, or as a complement to chiropractic adjustments to reinforce neuromuscular re-education.

Key Benefits

  • Stimulates deep muscle contractions for rehabilitation

  • Modulates pain through neurological pathways

  • Improves joint range of motion

  • Non-contact application — no discomfort from direct pressure

  • Effective adjunct to spinal and soft tissue care

Suitable For
Plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, rotator cuff tendinopathy, tennis elbow, calcific shoulder, and other chronic tendon conditions.
